Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Buildify is an electronic brokerage platform connecting independent service providers (Freelancers) with clients within the Republic of Iraq in accordance with the Iraqi Civil Code governing service contracts. Buildify acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any service agreement concluded between users on the platform.

Users must provide accurate identification data including an active Iraqi phone number. Phone numbers are verified via one-time password (OTP) at the time of registration. Users are legally responsible for any activity originating from their accounts and must not allow third parties to use their credentials.

Upon full release of the agreed payment by the Client, all intellectual property rights and code deliverables transfer entirely to the Client unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project description. Prior to full payment release, all work product remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Freelancer who created it.

Buildify safely encrypts user data and phone records using industry-standard protocols. Data will never be shared with third parties except when explicitly required to complete transactions via certified electronic payment providers (e.g., International Smart Card / Qi Card) or upon official legal request by Iraqi judicial authorities. Users may request deletion of their personal data by contacting support.
